Shipping policy

We makes all of our jewelry on order; time from order to delivery is normally 14 - 21 days. Occasionally it may vary due to complexity which will be communicated in advance to customers.
All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
Shreeji Gem and Jewelry will inform its customers once the order is shipped. You shall be notified if there is any change in the delivery time.
At Shreeji Gem and Jewelry we understand that jewelry is gifted on a special occasion or as a surprise. Please let us know in advance to maintain your surprise.
For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
In an uneventfully rare occasion if your shipment is tampered or lost, you must report to Shreeji Gem and Jewelry immediately.
We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped from Shreeji Gem and Jewelry.
